Barry Fitzgerald (left), Ingrid Bergman and Bing Crosby (right) hold “Oscars” awarded them for outstanding performances in 1944. Fitzgerald was named best supporting actor for his role in Going My Way, in which picture Crosby’s leading role won him best male actor award. Miss Bergman, best female actress, won top honors for her acting in Gaslight. Awards were made at Annual Motion Picture Academy
